No. Every SundayLoop plan includes the complete visitor follow-up platform. Plans differ primarily by the number of new visitors you can follow up with each month.

Before you decide

What counts as a visitor?: A first-time guest whose details you record — through your guest form, or by adding them yourself. Someone who visits again is the same person, not a new one, so returning guests never count twice against your plan.
What happens if we go over our plan's visitor count?: Follow-up for the guests you already have keeps running, and your team keeps full access. New guests stop being added until the next billing period or until you move up a plan — and we show you that on your dashboard rather than letting you find out from a guest.
How many people from our church can use it?: Every plan includes 2 team members. Beyond that it is $15.00 per additional person per month, and we show you the change before you add anyone.
Is anything held back for a higher plan?: No. Every plan is the complete platform — the same follow-up journey, the same AI assistant, the same analytics and team tools. Plans differ only by how many first-time guests you follow up with. The one paid extra is AI Calls, which is optional on every plan.
What is AI Calls, and why is it separate?: It is the optional Wednesday phone call in the follow-up week. It is priced separately because a phone call costs real money to place, unlike a text or an email — and churches that do not want an automated call should not pay for one. Without it, that Wednesday step sends a short devotional email instead, which is included.
Do you charge in Canadian or US dollars?: Both — you choose at signup. The number is the same either way; only the currency you are billed in changes.
Is yearly cheaper?: Yes. Paying yearly bills 11 months for twelve — one month free, and one invoice instead of twelve.
Can we cancel?: Any time, from your own billing settings — no email, no phone call, no retention conversation. Your follow-up keeps running until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Are text and email costs extra?: No. Sending the follow-up messages is part of your plan. Your church gets its own dedicated texting number as part of setup.
