SundayLoop is a visitor follow-up platform used by churches. This page describes, in plain terms, what information passes through the product and how it’s handled. It’s a summary rather than a substitute for a lawyer’s review — if your church needs a data-processing agreement or a more formal policy for your own records, reach out and we’ll put one together.
When a visitor fills in a church’s guest form, we store what they typed — name, contact details, and anything else the church asked for — along with the messages exchanged during follow-up. Church staff accounts store a name, email, and password. We don’t collect anything beyond what a church’s own guest form and team actually put into the product.
Visitor information is used only to run that visitor’s own follow-up — the messages and calls a church configures, and nothing else. It is never sold, and never shared across churches: each church’s data is isolated from every other church using SundayLoop.
A visitor consents to follow-up when they submit a church’s guest form. Replying “STOP” to any text, or asking to be left alone in any message, ends all further contact on every channel immediately.
If you’re a church using SundayLoop, your account admin can update or remove a visitor’s information at any time from their profile. For anything else, get in touch through your account team.
