These terms cover how a church uses SundayLoop. They’re written to be readable rather than exhaustive — if your church needs a signed agreement for its own records, reach out and we’ll put one together.
One SundayLoop account belongs to one church. Whoever creates it is responsible for what their team sends through it — the follow-up messages, calls, and any information about visitors that gets entered into the product.
SundayLoop’s AI is built to represent a church honestly: it only answers from what a church has actually told it, and it hands anything sensitive to a real person. A church agrees not to use the product to send anything misleading, unsolicited, or unrelated to following up with its own visitors.
Plans are billed monthly based on the visitor volume a church selects. AI Voice, when enabled, is billed as an additional line item on the same subscription. A church can reach out to change or cancel their plan at any time.
